Don't be a goat

Sermon on the Sunday of the Dread Judgment and the Feast of St. Haralampos and St. Scholastica, delivered at St. Irene of Chrysovalantou Orthodox Church in Washington Township, Michigan, on 10/23 February 2025.
At times I imagine that, when the Lord will see me, He will not be able to easily count me as neither a full goat nor a proper, full sheep. He will sit thinking "What will I do with you?". And in His wondering, my whole eternity will lie.
