Forgive me a sinner! I love this sermon because of the way you drew from Solzhenitsyn's life and work, to bridge people to orthodoxy. His Gulag Archipelago was heart-wrenching to read, so solemn, yet you nailed the matter of the heart. The scholars, some famous ones, come away with such a different analysis of his work that they remain far away from Orthodoxy, sadly, and I'm learning the gift of true prayers and forgiveness, the true compassion that is born from it. All the way from loving thy neighbours to the enemies. Pray for me and my family, Fr. Steven. Thank you yet again for a sermon that went straight towards the mind in the inner heart.
