His Gulag Archipelago was heart-wrenching to read, so solemn, yet you nailed the matter of the heart. The scholars, some famous ones, come away with such a different analysis of his work that they remain far away from Orthodoxy, sadly, and I'm learning the gift of true prayers and forgiveness, the true compassion that is born from it.
